In my opinion, the most important thing a person can do before work or school or whatever you do is to give yourself a couple of hours each morning before your daily life. Whether it be drinking coffee, working out, reading, writing, cleaning. The most important thing is that you give the first few hours of YOUR day to yourself, and to something that will benefit you, and your life. Most of the world today springs out of bed at the last possible minute before they run out the door barely having enough time to finish their breakfast and drink their coffee. I was notorious for doing that exact thing. I would wake up a half hour before I needed to get out the door giving myself no time to relax and start my day on a positive note. Instead I would start every work day feeling rushed. I would give somebody else 8 of my best hours. It would leave me exhausted by the end of the day. Then when it comes time to do things for yourself after you’ve given your best energy for the day for someone else, you only give yourself half, which results in in a lack of improvement in a lot of aspects of your life. Me personally, I like to wake up at least two hours before I’m out the door. Sometimes I wake up at 4:30 in the morning, before I’m out the door at 7:30 to do my regular job. It really lets me get everything I need to do that day done, before the rest of the world is awake. Then you can really not worry about everything else after work. Try this method just for a week. See if you like it. You won’t regret it
